DIAMOND LEVEL MEMBERSHIP (Stockholder)

Golf Stock Certificate: $1,800 Initiation: $500 Family Monthly Dues: $540.09 - Single: $443.28. Privileges: Unlimited use of club. No charge reciprocal play at 16 other golf clubs and up to 3 guests play free of charge on designated Diamond Days. Quarterly Food Minimum Charge: $90/Single and $120/Family.

PLATINUM LEVEL MEMBERSHIP

Initiation: $1,500.00 Initiation Fee, Family Monthly Dues: $540.09 - Single: $443.28. Privileges: Unlimited use of club. Quarterly Food Minimum Charge: $90/Single and $120/Family.

GOLD LEVEL MEMBERSHIP (Ages 19 through 44)

Initiation: $1,000.00 Initiation Fee, Family Monthly Dues: $311.14 - Single: $255.46. Privileges: Unlimited use of club. Quarterly Food Minimum Charge: $90/Single and $120/Family.

SILVER LEVEL MEMBERSHIP (TRIAL MEMBERSHIP - LIMITED TO ONE YEAR)

Initiation: $1,000 Single Monthly Dues: $ 296.17 Privileges: Unlimited golf/driving range. All other features of the club are a la carte on a cash basis. Quarterly Food Minimum Charge: None

BRONZE LEVEL MEMBERSHIP (Social)

Initiation: $500.00 Initiation Fee Monthly Dues: $ 43.70 Privileges: Family use of the clubhouse, including lounge, coffee shop, dining and club grounds. Six (6) rounds of golf per year with payment of current greens fees. Optional: Driving Range $45.00 Family Pool $53.00 (Jun-Aug) Food Minimum Charge: $50 per month.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP (18 and younger)

Single Monthly Dues: $66.19 Include Driving Range: $78.20 No Food Minimum required.

OPTIONAL ITEM FEES

- USGA Handicap Posting Services: $39 per adult & $5 per junior annually

- Hole-in-One Insurance: $14 annually (required with handicap)

- Lockers: $3.00 - Additional Club Storage: $11 per month

PRIVATE CART FEES (Storage Available)

- Private Cart Storage $32 per month - Trail Fees $21 per month

- Push Cart Storage $11 per month
